General 

Our Limited Manufacturers Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.) 

Warranty period varies between products and begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This Limited Manufacturers Warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only. JOOLA’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any defect and does not include any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage of any kind. 

Important Note on Items Purchased Through Authorized Retailers: Customers should reach out to their original point of purchase within 30 days of purchase to fulfill a return or exchange prior to contacting JOOLA to file a warranty claim.

Important Note on Items Purchased Through Unauthorized Retailers: Purchasing JOOLA products from unauthorized retailers—such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, auction websites, and similar platforms—means these items are not covered by JOOLA's warranty. 

Important note on shipped tables: Customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted once an item is signed for and delivery accepted.

Registering a Paddle with an NFC Chip

Consumers who buy an NFC chip-enabled pickleball paddle through our website or authorized retailers can extend their paddle's warranty from six months to 12 months registering it.

 

Registration through the JOOLA Infinity app for iOS or Android is required within 14 days of purchase for NFC chip-enabled paddles to be eligible for extended 12-month warranty coverage. 

 

A valid digital copy of your purchase receipt must also be uploaded during the registration process. The receipt must be approved to qualify for the extended warranty.

 

Consumers who do not complete registration and upload a valid receipt through the JOOLA Infinity app within 14 days of purchase will only be eligible for the standard six-month warranty coverage.

 

Consumers who buy a paddle from unauthorized retailers—such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, auction websites, or similar platforms—are unfortunately not eligible for warranty coverage.

 

All registrations and receipt submissions are subject to manual review and verification.

STORAGE:
Always keep your paddle in a dry environment. Preferably indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. It is best not to leave your paddle in a vehicle, hot and cold temperatures can and will damage your paddle over time.

Paddle Face and Edgeguard Cleaning:
Always wipe down your paddle after play. To clean your edge guard, wipe it down with a damp cloth.

It is recommended to use an Eraser, just be gentle.

Please note that with time the graphics on your paddle will begin to fade a bit. Don't worry, this means you are out there getting after it! It's a sign of progress and experience.

Grip Care:
Always wipe down your grip after play. Sweat, grit, and oils from your hands will always build up. If you clean it after every round it will last longer. Please note that the high-quality grips that come with your paddle aren't your only option, feel free to overwrap your grip with any wrap you feel comfortable with. There are many to choose from and an overgrip will protect your original factory-installed grip. We would recommend our Bodhi grips

Tracking events usually appear 24-48 hours after receiving the Track and Trace ID. In general, once the shipment has reached our facility, a tracking event will appear.
